Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires professionalism, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the President and Vice President
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence
• Prepare meeting rooms and materials for conferences and presentations
• Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate equipment ordering
• Provide basic IT troubleshooting support as needed
• Assist and support office personnel across departments
• Update and maintain company manuals and handbooks
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Publisher and MS Project is a plus
• Excellent typing, data entry, and advanced word processing skills
• Ability to create professional presentations, including charts and data visuals
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Strong grammar, proofreading, and writing abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Positive, energetic attitude with a proactive mindset
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support others
• Knowledge of marketing or graphic design is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)
