Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Full-Time Radiology Scheduler position. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage high volumes of work, and a strong focus on providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle high-volume incoming calls while maintaining professionalism and a patient-focused attitude.
- Input patient demographics and insurance information into the system with precision.
- Understand and effectively communicate the capabilities and limitations of physician services to ensure appropriate scheduling.
- Multitask and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain professionalism under pressure and take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
- Continuously learn and adapt to software functionalities with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and thorough work.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus!
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 35–40 per week
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Work Location: In-person
