What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse position at Precision HR Solutions?
Our client is seeking SEVERAL 1:1 School Nurses (LPN) to provide services to students in a school based classroom.
HOURS
Monday-Friday during school hours
CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
* One on One Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours, including transportation to and from school M-F on the school bus.
* Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day
* Monitor any changes in student's status
* Complete thorough nursing notes
* Provide daily medicine
* G Tube Feeding
* Monitoring safety and well-being of student
CLIENT'S QUALIFICATIONS:
* Active MASSACHUSETTS LPN license
* CPR certification
* Pediatric experience preferred
* Minimum of one (1) year LPN or RN experience
