What You'll Own
Project Leadership: Oversee multiple remodeling projects at once- ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
Client Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing regular updates and earning trust through clear communication and integrity.
Trade Coordination: Direct and supervise subcontractors and vendors daily, ensuring scopes are understood and work aligns with design intent.
Quality Control & Safety: Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, material use, and overall workmanship with constant attention to detail.
Schedule & Cost Tracking: Prepare and maintain project schedules; review job costing, material orders, and invoices weekly.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough project files, manage change orders, and coordinate building inspections to ensure code compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing residential remodeling projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build trust across clients, trades, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with job costing, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.
- High standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation on every jobsite.
