Job Title: RN – Adolescent Disability Center
Location: Keene, New Hampshire
Position: 13-week contract (Local or Travel Accepted)
Schedule: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM, every other weekend required
Hours: 36 hours per week
Start/End Date: 4/20
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Certifications:
- Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to adolescents with developmental and physical disabilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients
