Position: Life Science Recruiter (Full-Time, On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for life sciences clients, from sourcing through placement.
- Source, identify, screen, and qualify candidates for biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and related positions.
- Partner with sales managers to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in Bullhorn CRM.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or sales experience is beneficial.
