Experienced Roofer: Tile, Shingle & Metal (Grover Beach)
Precision Group Central Coast is partnering with a local Roofing Company that has served the Central Coast since 1983, and we're growing from one crew to two and hiring experienced roofers who take pride in clean, watertight work. Pay: $25 to $38/hr depending on experience, plus overtime / incentive bonus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, year-round work
What you'll do
- Install tile, asphalt shingle, and metal roofs on residential reroof, new builds and commercial projects
- Low-slope / TPO experience a plus as we grow that line
- Inspect and repair decking, fascia, and damaged lumber after tear-off
- Install underlayment, flashing, vents, drip edge, and gutters
- Join the full crew on tear-off days
- Lead a laborer on install days and teach good habits
- Leave every job site clean and every customer happy
What we're looking for
- 3 years of residential roofing and gutter installation experience
- Tile and/or metal experience strongly preferred; we'll cross-train strong shingle installers
- Comfortable working at heights, using fall protection, and lifting 70 lbs
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
