Customer Care Associate

Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized customer care associate to join our team onsite at our West Chester, PA location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all customer communication and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Prospective applicants need to successfully complete our pre-employment screening, including drug tests. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about our products and services and assisting with order processing.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain data in our CRM system, ensuring all client and order information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Financial Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, and processing payments.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
• Project Coordination: Support project management by tracking deadlines, organizing files, and ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared for production.
• Assist with other company tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Extremely high attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills
