Job Title: Full Time Bindery Associate
Job Description We are seeking a reliable Bindery Associate to join our fast-paced production team. In this hands-on role, you will prepare and finish printed materials to meet quality and deadline standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strip material from pallets using pneumatic (air) tools
- Pack finished products into boxes with accuracy and care
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 45 lbs repeatedly
- Stack, label, and stage packed materials for shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate air-powered tools (training provided)
- Comfortable lifting 45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
Physical Demands
- Standing for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
- Repetitive hand/wrist motion with air tools
