Operating equipment as necessary to produce or process parts..Key Responsibilities:Light Industrial AssemblyUses hand tools and small power tools to assemble unitinspection, assembly, cleaning,Accurately fill out required production recordsInitiate and communicate ideas for process improvementExperience and QualificationsHigh school degree or equivalentStrong communication skills preferredMust be able to work from drawings and operating instructions, have a good mechanical aptitude with math, reading, and communication proficiencyAbility to lift 40 lbs. (10-15 times weekly) preferredRead blueprints, schematics, or other documentation to build products to specifications.Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble products.Regularly inspect products to ensure they meet quality and completion standards, and resolve any issuesCommunicate with other stations on the assembly line, and with supervisors, leads, and engineersComplete forms, reports and other documentation per assembly instructions.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent hand-eye coordination required.Strong attention to detail required.Flexibility to change tasks to meet schedule demandsEducation and Experience:High school diploma, trade school diploma or equivalent required.Company DescriptionPrecision Graphics is a custom manufacturer of labels, nameplates and graphic control panels is located in East Berlin CT.
