Position Overview:

The Product Marketing & Fulfillment Associate, working in conjunction with internal resources, will be responsible for developing and executing demand fulfillment strategies, conducting regular interaction with inside sales teams and warehouse personnel, communicating availability/delivery updates of inbound material from our vendors, for our glass hardware products.

Candidate will also support product marketing activities, assisting with maintaining the print/website product catalog and coordinating marketing collateral supporting client services, conferences, social media announcements and other marketing needs.

This highly visible role includes procurement, material cost reduction, supplier negotiations, quality and delivery improvements, and time to market efficiency to sustain our daily OTD metrics.

The ideal candidate will be an ego-free, enthusiastic performer, eager to learn and support our growing business. We are open to fresh college graduates and will train the right person, providing tools and guidance for them to be successful in this role.

What will you do:

  • Ensure all shower/commercial glass hardware orders are placed, tracked and received accurately in a timely manner, to prevent stockouts and adhere to business KPI’s.
  • Review vendor pricing/delivery/QA metrics to ensure AEON derives best value in procurement and product solutions.
  • Track and replace inventory as needed ensuring critical levels of hardware are maintained.
  • Review warehouse space availability and optimize space use in the warehouse to minimize clutter/overstocking. Track inventory levels and trends to optimize stock rotation.
  • Cost performance benefit – drive down purchasing costs, monitor market trends and time to market availability. Demonstrate measurable cost savings in purchasing, stock rotation and vendor KPI tracking
  • Identify areas for improvement in order accuracy and quality control.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and contribute to cost control initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, ensuring performance improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Track and report savings, department KPIs, and category performance to measure impact.
  • Support cross-functional teams in product development, supply planning, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining the print/website product catalog, ensuring product details, specifications, images, and availability information are accurate and current.
  • Support the preparation, organization, and distribution of marketing collateral for customers, sales initiatives, conferences, trade shows, and related events.
  • Conduct spends analysis, cost modeling, and quotation comparisons to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Additional tasks as mandated by your manager and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Marketing, Business Administration, or possess equivalent experience of 1 to 2 years.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well versed in MS Office, Teams. Training provided for internal order management and productivity software. Experience with NetSuite and WMS preferred, but not a requirement.
  • A general understanding of warehouse concepts, material flows within a distribution and logistics environment and online/offline marketing protocols.

Other Requirements:

  • Must pass pre-employment checks.
  • Able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 10 pounds, if required.
  • Able to navigate a warehouse that can be hot, cold and humid.
  • Work schedule: In office, M-F: 8am – 5pm. with extra hrs. if required.
  • Reliably commute to work location.
  • Able to work without Visa Sponsorship
