Position Overview:
As the Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective canvassing strategies to promote our services, generate leads, and build brand awareness in the community. You will lead a team of canvassers, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to achieve our outreach goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dynamic Leadership: Lead a motivated team of canvassers, inspiring them to exceed goals.
- Recruitment: Seek top talent to join your team and provide them with the tools they need to succeed within the canvassing role.
- Build Rapport: Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions for home improvement needs
- Deliver Compelling Pitches: Confidently communicate the benefits and features of the products that Precision has to offer
- Hit the Pavement: Be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in canvassing, sales, or a related field.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
