As a Service Technician Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and resolving issues with commercial and residential garage doors and associated equipment on-site.
- Advising customers on repair options and ways to prevent future problems.
- Utilizing our proven model to sell services, repairs, and new equipment.
- Managing inventory and equipment in your provided vehicle.
- Previous experience working with commercial garage doors is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to be trained on residential garage door systems.
- Mechanical aptitude and technical skills are advantageous.
- Ability to independently lift 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with computers/tablets and hand tools.
