Precision Door Service is the leading garage door franchise in the U.S. We offer the very best in quality products and services, coupled with industry leading warranties. We are seeking customer service representatives to be our first contact with our customers, helping them to get the correct service technician out to their house as quickly as possible, while maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction. Primary duty will be answering inbound calls from customers, and scheduling service appointments.
Our main headquarters is in Noblesville, but this position will operate out of our satellite office in Carmel. Training will be solely out of the Noblesville office for the first 4-6 weeks.
Qualifications:

Ability to schedule appointments, and efficiently route our field service technicians

Have a good attendance record
Responsibilities:
- Responding to emails
- Receiving inbound customer calls
- Conducting outbound customer calls (No cold calling)
- Schedule management
- Technician routing
- Frequent communication with field staff and office team
This position is on a full-time 4 day per week schedule. Some weekend work will be required.
No experience necessary. All applicants will have to pass a drug test, and background check prior to being hired.
