Business Development Representative will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, leveraging industry expertise to identify potential clients, engage key decision-makers, and provide tailored logistics solutions that drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Research, identify, and target potential customers through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Effectively present Precision Freight’s services, negotiate pricing, and close new accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Develop long-term partnerships by understanding clients' needs and providing exceptional service.
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to company-wide growth.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and diversify the company’s client portfolio.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales performance, customer interactions, and revenue trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution for customers.
- Mentor other team members in sales.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1 years of logistics or freight brokerage sales experience.
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business in a competitive logistics environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
