Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction activities, including metal building erection, concrete forming, framing, masonry, and finishing work. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in wood building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and blueprints
• Execute framing tasks including wood stud framing, trim carpentry, and woodworking with precision
• Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to guide project execution
• safely to facilitate various construction activities
• Measure dimensions accurately using hand tools and perform heavy lifting as required for material placement
• Support remodeling and restoration projects by applying carpentry skills and interpreting schematics
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while managing construction site activities
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and dimensional measurements accurately
• Experience with framing (including wood and metal), siding, roofing, and plastering
• Familiarity with construction plans, schematics, and technical specifications
• Ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in remodeling, restoration, or siding projects is a plus
• Valid construction experience with a focus on carpentry, drywall, and finish work

Pay: $24.96 - $30.06 per hour
