We are looking to add energetic and dependable individuals to our team.
As Team Member in our practice, you’ll be:
- Checking patients in/out
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Verifying patient insurance
- Collecting patient payments
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere
- Pretesting and rooming patients before each exam
- Providing contact lens instruction for new wearers
- Prepping charts
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Taking measurements and fitting eyeglasses for customers to help them see, look, and feel their best
- Serving as a product expert for customers and team members alike
Candidates should possess great customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and keep busy. General computer knowledge and ability to quickly learn new tasks is helpful. Retail experience is a plus.
