Job Overview
We are looking for a Consumer Support Ticket Agent to assist customers by responding to support tickets, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive customer service attitude.

Duties

  • Respond to customer support tickets and inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the ticketing system
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Follow company procedures and support guidelines

Requirements

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $25.57 - $30.57 per hour
