As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead one of our manufacturing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing people, driving operational excellence, and helping shape the future of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve operational goals.
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer delivery requirements are met.
- Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
- Support employee training, performance management, and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five (5) or more years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC machining processes.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including one or more of the following:
- Six Sigma
- Lean Manufacturing
- Process Capability
- Statistical Analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze production data and make informed operational decisions.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
