- Applicants must have housing accommodations and transportation in the Houston area, as Precision does not provide internship housing.
- By May 24, 2023, applicants must have completed their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute.
Summary
The Human Resources Intern will report to our Senior Human Resources Business Partner based out of our Houston Corporate Office (10350 Richmond Ave STE 700, Houston, TX 77042) and assist with the following:
- Completion of the electronic document storage & retention project that will help our team track all onboarding, performance, payroll, medical, and termination documents.
- Assist with administration processes (offer/transfer/promotion letters).
- Track and manage all U.S. contractors.
- Assist with scheduling interviews for corporate and shop-based open positions.
- Sit in on exit interviews with the corporate HR team.
- Assist with planning and coordinating all Intern and PD employee engagement events.
- Organize and help the HR team remain compliant with employee records in the HR file room.
- Conduct Intern surveys to help gain knowledge on completing surveys, research, and conducting interviews.
- Day-to-day research projects.
- Assist with other projects as requested in all areas of HR.

Education & Experience
Must be enrolled in a 4-year degree program, majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business.
