Precision Door Service is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role focuses on answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing a positive, professional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule, reschedule, and adjust service appointments
- Gather and enter customer information accurately
- Communicate with technicians and office staff throughout the day
- Handle customer questions and basic issue resolution
- Update and maintain information in company systems
- Support daily office operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or office experience required
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and other basic office programs.
- Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
- Experience with scheduling or dispatching preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is highly favorable
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
