As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help coordinate the details behind exceptional client experiences.
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring projects move smoothly from sale through installation. This position serves as a central point of coordination between clients, designers, vendors, installers, builders, and internal team members.

- Coordinate project timelines and schedules
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Monitor project milestones from order placement through installation
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues before they impact timelines
- Provide project updates to clients and trade partners
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Maintain professional communication with homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers
- Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
- Track cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, hardware, and specialty product orders
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding lead times, deliveries, shortages, and damages
- Monitor incoming orders and assist with documentation and recordkeeping
- Support the resolution of warranty and service issues
- Schedule field measures and site visits
- Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules
- Assist with installer and vendor communication
- Help maintain project calendars and workflow systems
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Update project management systems and client files
- Assist with reporting and internal communication
- Support showroom operations as needed
- Exceptional organizational skills
