Precision Design & Contracting LLC is seeking a highly skilled, well-rounded Carpenter with 8 years of verifiable hands-on experience in residential remodeling and construction.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience. We are not hiring entry-level or apprentice carpenters for this position.
We are looking for professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and consistently produce high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Complete framing and structural carpentry
- Interior and exterior finish carpentry
- Window and door installation
- Decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Cabinet installation
- Drywall hanging and repairs
- Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, tile)
- Siding, fascia, soffit, and exterior trim
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members
