We are seeking a motivated and results‐driven Sales Representative to join our construction team. This role focuses on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our remodeling and construction services to homeowners, property managers, realtors, and commercial clients.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and comfortable communicating the value of high‐quality workmanship and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential and commercial construction.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, in‐person visits, networking events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Engagement
• Meet with clients to understand project needs, timelines, and budgets.
• Present company services, capabilities, and past project examples.
• Provide accurate information about project scopes and processes.
Estimating & Proposals
• Coordinate with project managers to prepare estimates and proposals.
• Follow up on all quotes to close deals and maintain high conversion rates.
• Track all sales activity in CRM or company systems.
Relationship Management
• Maintain long‐term relationships with clients, realtors, property managers, and vendors.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
Collaboration
• Work closely with operations and project management to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Communicate client expectations clearly to internal teams.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
• Experience in construction sales, home improvement, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of remodeling, general contracting, or building processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
