Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located at our office in Queens, NY. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, overseeing daily administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. This role is essential in supporting the overall operations of the dental office.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, such as managing appointments, organizing schedules, and welcoming patients
- Solid clerical skills, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry
