Front Desk - Dental Lab Driver

We are seeking a talented, hard-working individual to join our team as a Front Desk. Responsibilities will very depending on experience and time working here. Needs to be able to work well with others. Wages will depend on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with drivers for pickups and drop offs
• Coordinate with offices and Doctors for pickups and drop offs
• Coordinate with Drs and offices with all needs and questions as needed
• Multi task and be able to switch between processes as employees need help with questions on cases
• Unbox all cases as they come in. Call Drs and offices as needed to make sure we receive what we need
• Coordinate with managers to make sure cases are on track
• Box up all cases and have ready for drivers
• Create invoices and work tickets as boxing is happening
• Follow up on cases as needed
• Schedule patient custom shades and stains
• All other things assigned and made part of the job assigned by management.

• Drivers will have a 5 to 8 hours shift four days a week picking up and dropping off cases.
• Drivers will be responsible for going to Drs office and being the face of the lab

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic
• Ability to multi task, work on solo tasks as well as collaborate with a team
• Lab Technician work is a plus
