Looking for Part Time or Full Time Assistant with some Experience.
Schedules:
We have openings for every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 2 Thursday and 2 Saturdays a month. Let us know which days works.
Duties
- Assist the dentist during various procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
- Take and develop medical imaging as required for patient assessments.
- Manage medical records accurately and efficiently using Dentrix software.
- Provide support in four-handed dentistry to enhance the efficiency of dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow within the clinic.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic to meet health and safety standards.
Skills
- Proficient in terminology related to dental practices.
- Experience with general dentistry and surgeries.
- Competence in using Open Dental and DTX for managing medical records and scheduling.
- Familiar with intra-oral scanning
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
