Position Overview
The Sales Professional will play a key role in identifying new business, cultivating customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and other leaders to grow revenue, expand market reach, and help strengthen our presence in the manufacturing and fabrication space.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, excels at building relationships, and is committed to generating new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth markets.
• Build and maintain a strong, forward-moving sales pipeline.
• Analyze industry trends and customer needs to tailor proposals and solutions.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and proposal development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and smooth project execution.
• Communicate client needs clearly to production and project management.
• Improve sales processes and share best practices to support company growth.
Market & Competitive Insight
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine sales approaches.
• Identify market gaps and develop plans to fill them.
• Partner with leadership on marketing efforts to strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or relevant experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial equipment sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM software, sales analytics, and market research tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal supervision.

Work Environment & Schedule
• On-site role based in Liberty Lake, WA
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or as business needs dictate
