Infrastructure Specialist

Precision Custom Components (PCC) is seeking a talented Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in York, PA.

At PCC, you’ll be part of a skilled team that delivers high-quality, made-to-spec components where precision, reliability, and customer focus matter. Whether you’re driving results in the office or making them happen on the shop floor, you’ll collaborate across departments to solve problems, support efficient operations, and help ensure every component is completed safely, accurately, and with precision!

The Infrastructure Specialist provides day‑to‑day operational support for PCC’s IT infrastructure, including end‑user systems, servers, and network components. This role ensures systems are configured and used in accordance with established standards, supports reliable operations, and follows defined security practices to protect company systems and data.

Essential Duties Of The Infrastructure Specialist

• Provide first‑level support for infrastructure components, including workstations, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
• Perform routine system configuration, patching, and maintenance tasks.
• Follow established security standards for account management, access control, and device configuration.
• Assist with monitoring system health and responding to incidents or outages.
• Document procedures, configurations, and recurring issues.
• Escalate complex technical or security issues as required.
  
  

Education/Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of infrastructure or technical support experience.
• Basic understanding of security best practices and system hygiene.
• US citizenship is required
