Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Custom Cabinetry to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, and managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on delivering tailored cabinetry solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the custom cabinetry market.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase cabinetry solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional products or services, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • MUST HAVE CABINET VISION EXPERIENCE.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, design, and production to ensure client specifications are met efficiently.
  • Conduct territory management activities by planning visits, analyzing market potential, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Follow up on leads through inside sales efforts such as email campaigns or virtual consultations when appropriate.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales progress for reporting and strategic planning.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the cabinetry or related industry.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory development and client portfolios effectively.
  • Expertise in business development strategies including lead generation and direct sales techniques.
  • MUST HAVE CABINET VISION EXPERIENCE.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demos that highlight features and benefits effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts that support territory expansion and brand positioning.
  • Analysis skills for assessing market data, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with inside sales methods like cold calling or virtual meetings to complement outside efforts.
  • Knowledge of technology sales tools and industry-specific terminology related to custom cabinetry solutions. Pay: $52,269.42 - $62,948.12 per year
