Qualifications

· Strong understanding of hydraulic cylinder components and sealing systems.
· Ability to accurately measure components and determine required seal sizes.
· Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic cylinder failures.
· Experience with pressure testing and functional testing.

· Welding and machining knowledge is a plus.
· Experience with industrial, mobile, construction, mining, or heavy-equipment hydraulic cylinders is a plus.
What We're Looking For
We need someone who can take a hydraulic cylinder from a customer's door, tear it down, determine what is wrong, measure everything, identify what needs to be replaced or repaired, rebuild it correctly, and test it before it leaves the shop.
This is a hands-on position and is not an entry-level hydraulic job. The ideal candidate can look at a cylinder, understand how it works, identify the failure, and know what needs to be done to get it back into service.
If you are an experienced hydraulic cylinder rebuilder who takes pride in doing the job correctly, we want to talk to you.
