CNC Machinist Operator
Education / Licensing / Certification Requirements:
Responsible for the efficient operation of one or more 3,4 and 5-axis CNC machine tools to produce the component parts in accordance to engineering drawings, internal sketches, or other specifications provided by engineering.

Established in 1994, we operate out of a 20,000 sq ft Air Conditioned facility based in Houston, Texas and manufacture highly engineered products supplying clients both domestic and international.
Through continual investment in the latest quality processes that oversee our machining and welding technology we remain a focused company at the forefront of our industry and a top subcontract supplier to an array of different industries.

CNC Machinist Operator
Education / Licensing / Certification Requirements:
- High School / GED
- Minimum 1 years setup and operation experience on a variety of CNC machine tools and controls
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow complicated verbal and written instructions
- Highly-skilled in the efficient setup and operation of 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machine tools.
- Skilled in use of CNC machine tool program language (G and M code)
- Skilled in use of conventional measuring tools and techniques, to assure compliance with technical specifications
- Skilled in the use of all basic machine shop tools and equipment
- Ability to meet deadlines, concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong safety orientation.
- Standing and walking required for 90% of work time. Ability to lift, carry and hold up to 50 pounds.

- Setup, and operate a variety of CNC machines.
- Monitors manufacturing activities to ensure correct manufacturing methods are used and department activities are consistent with manufacturing objectives.
- Responsible for meeting standard production timelines.
- Identifies and implements corrective action when required.
- Manages tool and supply usage, report usage levels and identify methods to reduce tool and supply costs.
- Performs and documents in-process QA inspections.
- Responsible for managing and consistently maintaining a clean and organized department.
- Other duties as assigned.
