Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a polished look
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures in accordance with health guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ preferences and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
- Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
- Proven background in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments demonstrating attention to detail
- Experience in laundry management and floor care enhances your suitability for this role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic space
