We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Compliance Manager to oversee compliance activities at our Janesville, Wisconsin facility. This position requires a

Key Responsibilities
- Comply with the PCC Code of Conduct Requirements and Export Compliance
- Oversee trade compliance activities at the manufacturing location, ensuring full
- Maintain and enforce internal trade compliance processes and policies, ensuring
- Ensure the proper documentation is in place for international shipments, including
licenses, and any applicable exceptions or exemptions.
- Conduct regular internal audits of the site’s trade compliance activities, identifying

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate’s degree with 5 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance, specifically with ITAR and
- Strong knowledge of international shipping processes, including Commercial
- Experience conducting internal audits of trade compliance practices and
- Ability to develop and deliver effective internal training programs on trade
- Experience in maintaining and updating internal trade compliance processes,
- Familiarity with export licensing, export classification, and U.S. Customs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and trade compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a proactive approach
