What You’ll Do
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
- Operate testing equipment to evaluate product quality
- Perform system capability checks and follow established procedures
- Accurately document work performed and maintain required records
- Handle materials, including hazardous waste, in compliance with safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support inventory movement and storage management
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience)
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Casting experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and flexibility when needed
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Positive attitude and clear communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Willingness to learn and obtain Level 1 certification
- Ability to pass a visual acuity exam
- Comfort working under pressure and tight timelines
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards
