Level One: Under direct supervision, level one part finishers complete a number of part finishing tasks such as visual inspection, part cleaning, minor paint touch up, minor assembly, part marking, and part polishing. This role will require basic mechanical aptitude, basic shop math, the use of common hand tools and powered equipment such as part marking and polishing equipment. 0-1 YOE

- In Process Inspection (Visual & Functional, Recording)
- Set work priority & schedule
- Perform full machine setups
- Provide leadership and training to lower level employees
- Production Paperwork/Operation Audit
- The ability to read and write English.
- Basic Inspection Processes (Tools & Measurements)
- Advanced Understanding of Machine Function (Setups)
- Advanced knowledge of tools (Drills, Reams, Taps)
- Communication Skills (With manufacturing engineers, QA, Closing and Management)
- Typically 2-4 years of recent and relevant work experience or training
- High School Diploma or GED is expected
