PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Skills
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, including sweeping, waste removal, and tidying workstations.
- Restock and organize inventory, label and deliver materials, and track completed work within the shop.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment such as drills, grinders, saws, presses, CNC routers, 3D printers, and other machinery as required.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide support in material handling, including lifting, moving, and positioning items, sometimes up to 35 lbs or more.
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
- The employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
