SPS Technologies is looking for a motivated and organized HR Co-op for a 6-month role. As the HR Co-op, you will work closely with the HR team to support various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives.

- On Boarding Support:
- Prepare clear and visually appealing internal communications for site social media platform.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with various HR projects.
- Support compliance efforts (federal, state, local laws and company policy) by following established HR procedures, maintaining accurate records, and taking responsibility for the quality and completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations by supporting audits and updating personnel files.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Completion of at least two years of full-time undergraduate study from an accredited two- or four- year institution, in the area of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. If area of study is not Human Resource, previous internship or other experience in HR is required.
- Impeccable organizational and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced skills in Excel preferred (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, etc.); experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and ADP Vantage is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
