- Lead capital equipment projects from proposal through installation, including writing funding documentation and managing budgets and timelines.
- Specify, procure, and implement custom industrial equipment tailored to production needs.
- Oversee on-site equipment installations and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring seamless integration into manufacturing operations.
- Provide ongoing technical support and continuous improvement for installed systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed 2D/3D facility and equipment layouts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Present project updates and technical content to engineering and production leadership.
- Support other PCC engineering teams in solving complex, equipment-related challenges.
- Represent PCC professionally in interactions with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and driving results.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- 3 years of hands-on project management experience, including construction oversight.
- Strong background in industrial equipment procurement and implementation.
- Proven ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with furnaces, pressure vessels, and foundry equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and machine design principles.
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management training.
- Experience leading engineering teams or supervising technical staff.
- Understanding of OSHA, ANSI, and ISO standards for industrial safety and equipment.
