The Finance Co-op will gain practical experience by working on assignments that align with their academic studies in Accounting or Finance. This hands-on opportunity is designed to provide valuable learning, contribute meaningfully to the business, and support the student’s professional development within a corporate finance environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Apply academic knowledge to real-world financial analysis, reporting, and accounting projects.
- Support the accounting team in achieving performance goals and take on increasing responsibility throughout the co-op rotation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and may interface with customers and vendors to improve processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Attend company-provided training sessions and learning opportunities to broaden knowledge and skills.
- Assist with system analysis, testing, and documentation for current financial processes.
- Own and manage assigned projects from start to finish with accountability for outcomes.
- Support cross-functional teams on financial and operational initiatives, including new product launches and process optimization.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, meeting provided specifications and project goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong foundational knowledge of finance or accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- U.S. Person, or Ability to Obtain Export Authorization.
- Must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
- Co-ops will be paid $23 hour
