The Chemline Operator must be able to perform all etch, autoclave, and laboratory operations with focus on quality, productivity, and safety.

Specific Duties
- Support SOP and EP compliance for etch and autoclave solution controls (solution testing). Periodically review documents and make changes as needed to reflect current practices. Conduct audits for compliance.
- Adjust tank levels/concentration when needed and retest solutions
- Review previous shift’s testing records for compliance, maintain records, and verify electronically entered. Check tank levels for any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production and perform tank clean outs as needed
- Arrange and handle caustic pickups and deliveries
- Monitor waste water levels and work with maintenance to resolve any issues
- Maintain etch tank inventories of raw materials
- Assist in training new operators on testing procedures. Provide suggestions on any training course corrections as needed.
- Continuously improve the etch area to make it safer, cleaner, and more organized. Work with outside vendors when required.
- Work with maintenance to help resolve mechanical issues
- Work with IT to help resolve computer issues
- When directed, perform etch operations when required
- Attend miscellaneous meetings as required
- Perform miscellaneous duties as requested
- Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
