Key Responsibilities
- Perform all Clean & Cap operations, including cleaning, capping, and related production tasks
- Operate and maintain automated equipment and machinery
- Execute processes such as mega dip, mold prep, dewax, flashfire, and special lot expediting
- Meet production efficiency standards established by Engineering
- Accurately record daily work activity and time using operational codes
- Handle hazardous materials safely in accordance with MSDS and company policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Collaborate with team members while working independently when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of stable manufacturing experience
- Experience in chemical processing or ceramics industry preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, inspection tools, grinders, and production equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (experience may substitute)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to meet deadlines and production quotas
- Proven dependability with a strong attendance record
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to handle high activity levels and tight production deadlines
- Must pass physical, vision, and hearing tests, including visual acuity exam
- Ability to safely operate equipment and handle production materials
