Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot business and manufacturing solutions
- Capture detailed system specifications to enhance business and manufacturing processes:
- Research and identify industry solutions to accommodate business needs
- Build, Upgrade or enhance existing MS SQL /C#.NET applications
- Perform data mining, data analysis, develop reports and queries from various systems in support of production, finance, sales, etc.
- Conducts individual and group training sessions
- Install, setup, configure, implement, integrate and testing of solutions
- Document application requirements, technical specifications, use-cases, and workflow processes
- Support and implement Corporate and Division data governance and master data initiatives
- Enforcement of company compliance, safety, environmental, governmental policies, and regulations as they apply
- Minimum of 3 Years as business systems analyst with MS SQL /C#.NET application development
- Able to communicate effectively with employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Able to work independently as a productive member of multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, manufacturing/industrial engineering and or related studies (or equivalent project-related experience)
- Minimum 3 years’ IT experience using MS SQL /C#.NET
- Strong knowledge of SDLC
- Experience with ERP, preferably ORACLE and/or Infor Platform products (e.g., Visual, Syteline), is highly desired
- Cloud computing (Azure and/or AWS) is a plus
- Experience working with MES, SCADA and PLC is a plus
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace is a plus
- Must be able to support a 24/7 operation
- Additional travel to other locations may be required
- Working conditions may include:
- Small spaces, dust, fumes, odors, hot / cold temperatures, inside / outside noise vibration
- Exposure to hazardous chemical environment
- Intermittent exposure to moderate noise
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds on an infrequent basis
- Must be able to work with and around forklifts and hazardous machinery
- Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
