Wax Sub Assembler - 2nd Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The sub-assembly operator must be able to perform all operations and operate the equipment efficiently when making set-ups for assembly.
- Perform all sub-assembly operations.
- Must be to routinely lift up to 35 lbs.
- Run all jobs according to written procedures.
- Keep wax melting pots filled at all times.
- Clean plugs (DS rods), etc.
- Organize/put away supplies, plates, sprue, etc.
- Check quality on patterns, gating, sprues, sub-assemblies.
- Follow all procedures.
- Meet the specific requirement of the efficiency standards.
- Record all work performed on the daily distribution card.
- Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Follow all safety rules.
- Wears proper PPE at all times
- Perform other duties that are assigned by supervisor.
