Manufacturing Production Associate (General Application)

PCC Structurals in Groton, CT is always looking for motivated individuals interested in building a career in aerospace manufacturing. What You’ll Do

Depending on placement, responsibilities may include:

• Operating or assisting with manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Supporting wax mold assembly, investment casting, foundry, grind, hand-file, sandblast, machining or inspection processes
• Following detailed work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
• Conducting basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in manufacturing, production, or hands-on work
• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, mechanical work, or similar fields is a plus (but not required for all roles)
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and be trained in specialized processes
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds

Schedule Options

We offer 3 full-time shift options to fit different schedules, including:

• 1st Shift: Front-End Roles: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Back-End Roles: 7:00am -3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Front- End Roles: 2:30pm – 11:00pm, Back-End Roles: 3:30pm – 12:00pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am
