Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Automotive Bodyshop. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers throughout the vehicle repair process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email and text.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle dropoffs and pickups.
- Communicate repair status updates to customers.
- Ensure repair phases are up to date and customer are updated with current repair phase.
- Work closely with technicians, estimators, Rental car service’s and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate notes of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process payments and manage billing documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or Bodyshop setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Proficiency in using computer windowsbased system and CCC One estimating system.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes is a plus.
