Job Purpose: The Trade Compliance Admin supports the Trade Compliance Officer by providing transactional support for import/export compliance, ensuring cross-border efficiency while adhering to global trade standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with global sales and logistics teams to secure timely approval of export requests.
- Prepare ITNs via the ACE portal when required and ensure documents are delivered to the logistics team at the Atlanta site.
- Follow up with forwarders on shipments requiring an ITN.
- Update end-user and exchange agreements for the sales team.
- Enter ECCN and HTS codes in Pentagon.
Working Conditions:
- Physical Demands: Requires prolonged sitting or standing, frequent walking, bending, reaching, and occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds. Involves repetitive hand movements, eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity. Corrected vision and hearing are necessary.
- Equipment Operated: Must be able to operate office machines and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Work Location: PAG Office on Lake Mirror Road, Atlanta, GA.
