What you’ll do:
- Manage and run shop, employees, mobile techs and General Operations
- Install, repair, and replace auto glass on various vehicles
- Handle glass, cut, fit, and seal
- Organize inventory and shop parts
- Follow company and industry safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

What we’re looking for:
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record (preferred)
- Customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Mechanically minded individual
- Excels in time management
Experience needed:
- One year minimum auto glass installation required
- Rock chip work
- Sunroofs
- Windshield leak diagnosis
- Dynamic and static calibrations
- Pull and reset
- Sunroof diagnosis
- Previous mechanical experience preferred
- Door glass and regulators
- Powersliders and back glass

Education requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Auto glass repair certification preferred
- College degree not required
Hours:
- Full time at assigned shop location (40 hours/week)
- Occasional overtime availability
- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. (occasional need for Saturday availability)
- Shops located in Ogden, Layton, and Centerville Utah
- Mobile work is available for this position
Initial pay:
- $24-35/hour
