Duties:
- Perform collision repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs
- Operate frame machines and measuring systems to restore vehicle alignment
- Prepare surfaces for refinishing (sanding, grinding, filling)
- Reassemble vehicles to manufacturer and safety standards
- Follow OEM repair procedures and shop guidelines
- Maintain quality control on all repairs
- Communicate with estimators and production team to meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and perform repair estimates
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver’s license
