We're Hiring: Operations Coordinator
Full-Time • West Chester, PA • $25–$28/hr • Training Provided
Precision Air Heating & Cooling has been proudly serving the community for 33 years from our home in West Chester, PA. We're locally owned and managed, we're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, motivated Operations Coordinator to grow with us.
This is a role for someone who likes variety. You'll work directly alongside our Controller and help keep the business running smoothly across purchasing, finance, inventory and field operations. No two days look the same, and you'll get a real, behind-the-scenes view of how a growing service company operates.
What the role looks like
- Supporting the financial side of the business, working with suppliers, customers and our team
- Helping our service department get what it needs to take care of customers
- Keeping operations organized, accurate and moving forward
- Learning the HVAC industry from the ground up, including the technical side
- Pitching in across the company wherever you're needed
Who we're looking for
- A degree, trade school background or equivalent hands-on experience
- Curiosity and an aptitude for technical and mechanical concepts
- Organized, detail-oriented and great at follow-through
- Comfortable on the phone and working with people
- A positive attitude and a genuine drive to work and grow
